Patient wanted to replace her old restorations from canine to canine and make it look more beautiful and functional as well. We decided to go push through with 6 unit E-max veneers. Patient also requested to have a slightly whiter shade than the natural shade. Photo was taken right after cementation.

Root canal on tooth #11 and placement of Tilite fused to porcelain on tooth #11 12 13

Result would have been better esthetically on a zirconia bridge, however we chose this material as the preference of the patient. Still beats how it looked before, yes? 😁

Patient came in for consultation last year (2024), came back this year (2025) to finally get the smile she dreams of. Unfortunately, waiting that long had changes to the initial treatment plan. From the original 3 tooth to have root canal treatment, it turned 5. Most of the teeth had extensive caries thus zirconia crowns was the material and treatment of choice. Patient also requested to make the restoration as natural as possible. Full upper arch rehabilitation. 😁

Patient got into an accident and her fixed bridge got chipped in the esthetic zone. Came to the Philippines from Canada to have the bridge replaced with a more natural looking and younger looking one.

Upon removing the old bridge, one tooth was treated with root canal then we proceeded with the bridge. Zirconia fused to emax was the material of choice.

Replacement of a direct composite bridge done by a unlicensed dentist.

At first, the patient suspected all the abutments was for root canal treatment. After careful evaluation and diagnosis, only three of the abutments was treated with root canal. Good thing the patient jumped in and decided to have this treated right away, otherwise, all of the abutments might have been treated with root canal.

Combination of Zirconia bridge and crowns was the material of choice.

Sorry, been extremely busy with life. hakhakhak 😂

Replacement of 3 year old veneers.

3 years ago, patient wanted to have a sparkly white set of teeth. patient chose Bleach 2 shade in low translucency. Now, patient came back and wants to have them replaced with a new one while one veneer came off, still on the whiter shade part but more natural. Patient also wanted to fix the canting on the upper arch.

We replaced the old material (LiSi) with Emax veneers. Used bleach 3 shade in High Translucency and very thin material.
