Flaring Incisors (buck teeth or severe overjet) refers to protruding upper teeth that stick out more than 2mm over the lower teeth. These cases are usually treated via fixed orthodontics / braces. 😬

Common causes of flaring incisors, may include the following: tongue thrusting, mouth breathing, thumb sucking.

Untreated cases maybe be more prone to tooth decay, dental injury/fracture (of the flaring incisors), lip biting and mouth sores, or jaw pain.

Personal life update, my cat of 11 years, Manny, has departed onto the next stage. I got my cat Manny, at around the same time Ho Dental Office started, which was around May 2015. You could say that he was an "Angel Investor" in my dental clinic.😸😇He never stepped foot inside my clinic, but if patients were observant enough, traces of fur can be found around my clothing and belongings. 😸
