🪥 Position Overview:

The Dental Assistant – Operatory plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient dental procedures. You’ll work directly with dentists to support patient care, assist chairside, maintain a sterile environment, and help deliver a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures
• Set up, disinfect, and maintain the operatory for each patient
• Assist chairside during restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
• Anticipate dentist’s needs during treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following OSHA and infection control protocols
• Record patient treatment notes accurately in the practice management system
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Manage supply inventory and restock operatories
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit
