Post-Extraction Care: First 48 Hours
Just had a tooth pulled? The first 48 hours are critical for proper healing.

Here's what you need to know:
DO's and DON'Ts:
❌ No spitting or rinsing (first 24 hours)
❌ No sucking on the wound (no straws!)
❌ No strenuous activity
❌ No smoking or alcohol
✅ Eat soft, cool foods
✅ Avoid hot, hard, or spicy foods
✅ Brush gently, avoiding the extraction site (after 24h)
✅ After 48 hours, gently rinse with salt water after meals
