Turner’s tooth or Turner’s Hypoplasia

Ito ay common na nakikita sa nga ngipin na tinatwag natin na SUCCEDANEOUS TEETH (ST)
▫️ST ay ang mga ngipin na sumusunod sa baby teeth. (ibig sabhin sila yung mga ngipin na nasa ilalim ng baby tooth at papalit dito after)
▫️Incisors, Canines at Premolars sila pag lumabas
▫️Hindi lahat ng permanent teeth ay ST.

Nangyayari ang Turners tooth pag Naexpose ang ST sa BABY TOOTH na nagkaroon ng infection (nana) or severe TRAUMA.

Ibig sabhin habang nagdedevelop ang mga ST, na-expose ang crown nila sa may abscess na baby tooth na nagresulta ng kakaibang kulay sa ngipin o kaya naman ay kakaiba ang itsura ng ngipin.

Treatment:
Pwedeng pasta or Crowns if sobrnag malala.

Kaya importante na alagaan ang baby tooth
kasi malaki ang ngagawa nilang impact sa mga permanent teeth.
