Palm Sunday is the day Jesus entered Jerusalem. ๐ŸŒฟ People welcomed Him by waving palm branches and shouting, โ€œHosanna,โ€ which means โ€œLord, save us.โ€

They praised Him as their King but they did not yet understand what He came to do.

This day reminds us that Jesus came with humility, love, and a mission to save us through the cross. May we not only praise Him with our words but also follow Him with our lives. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ™

If you want fast, smooth braces progressโ€ฆ
protect your brackets!โœจ

Simple as that.

Each one holds the wire that gently moves your teeth month by month.
Kapag may natanggal kahit isa โ€” the system is interrupted.

Progress pauses.
Movement slows down.

Hereโ€™s what most people donโ€™t realize:

Before you leave the clinic, your dentist makes sure that every bracket is properly cemented. ๐Ÿ’ฏ
They check the bonding.
They make sure itโ€™s secure.
Hindi basta-basta nakakabit ang brackets.
They are designed to stay.

So if a bracket falls off days or weeks after your appointment, itโ€™s usually because of external force โ€” hard food, sticky candy, or using teeth as tools.

These small habits can break a bracket โ€” and break your momentum.

Braces are not just about showing up to appointments.
Itโ€™s about daily responsibility.

Dentists only see you once a month.
The other 29โ€“30 days?
You are the one protecting that progress.

Continuous progress happens when brackets stay intact.

So if youโ€™re serious about your glow upโ€ฆ
Protect every bracket. Every day. โค๏ธ
