Good day, patients!

We hope you are all doing well. This past month, the Philippines saw a large spike in the number of Covid-19 cases, as such, we will be implementing a few amendments to our current safety protocols, details are as follows:

- Vaccinations cards shall be presented prior to entering the clinic;
- Patient's companions will not be allowed to enter the clinic. Companions will wait at the designated waiting area outside the clinic;
- We will be strictly implementing our scheduling system, for us to be able to control the number of occupants within the clinic, as such, we ask you to schedule your appointments before going for a visit.
- For emergency appointments, please message us, or call us through the following contact numbers: (043)980-5203 or 0919-098-9207.

We are hoping for your cooperation. The fight against Covid-19 can only be won by working together. Keep healthy and get vaccinated!

Dear Patients,

Good day! We are currently still in the midst of the pandemic. Cases are on a steady rise. As of July 14, 2020 the Department of health lists 57, 545 total cases, 4,396 are from Region IV-A alone. This is not the time to be complacent with our health precautions, rather it is the time for us to step up and be more stringent with the measures we employ to avoid getting infected by COVID-19. This is a battle we all fight together as citizens of the global community, and the best tools we have for this fight are mutual respect, empathy, and kindness. Let us not let this pandemic push us into becoming barbarians who care only for themselves. Selflessness does not require charity, because as we know, these are not easy times for everyone. Selflessness can be as simple as WEARING A FACEMASK PROPERLY (your nose and mouth should be properly covered), and MAINTAINING PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING (at least 6 feet). Lastly, we urge everyone to be honest about their travel histories and health status. COVID-19 is tricky in that some people can have it without presenting any symptoms. As such, if you have travelled anywhere with known infection and had contact with anyone with possible infection, please self-quarantine; you will be saving not only your own life, but also the lives of those around you.

Times may seem dark and the future may seem bleak, but winning the fight against COVID-19 is up to all of us.

Guideline for patients:

-Only those with appointments will be accommodated.

-Face masks will be worn at all times within the clinic premises, unless instructed by your dentist to remove it. If you do not have a face mask, we will provide you with one at a cost of ₱20.00.

-Please come to the clinic 15 minutes before your appointment. As policy, we can only accommodate you into the waiting room strictly 15 minutes before the assigned appointment.

-Only patients will be allowed to enter the clinic.

-Companions will only be allowed for young children or elderly patients, or for patients who require special assistance from a companion.

-You have a grace period of 15 minutes after your assigned time of appointment. Coming 15 minutes after your assigned schedule will lead to cancellation of your slot, thus we will ask you then to make another appointment on another day. This is due to the time we allot after each procedure for sanitation and disinfecting.

The said policies above will be strictly implemented. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for cooperating. The COVID-19 pandemic has been an uphill battle for all of us, as citizens of the global community, and we are still in the thick of the battle against it. Only through mutual respect and compassion that can we win this fight. It is up to all of us, working together, that we can get through this pandemic. Let’s stay alone together!
