This is our clinical case of a 46/Female patient who underwent immediate implant placement on her badly carious upper left premolar. A dental implant is an artificial tooth root, typically a screw-shaped titanium post, that is surgically placed into the jawbone to support a replacement tooth or bridge. This provides a stable, permanent, and natural-looking solution for missing teeth.

This is our case of a 6-unit implant placement, and now for fabrication of its implant prosthetic crowns. Note the pararellism of the implant screws which gives the case a more predictable implant prosthetic treatment outcome.
