BRACES CARE GUIDE
A little extra care goes a long way toward achieving your best smile!

Wearing braces is a commitment, and proper care helps keep your teeth and gums healthy while preventing unnecessary delays in your treatment.

🪥 BRUSH AFTER MEALS
Brush thoroughly around your brackets, wires, and gumline using a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.

🧵 FLOSS DAILY
Use orthodontic floss, a floss threader, or an interdental brush to remove food and plaque from areas your toothbrush can’t reach.

🍎 AVOID HARD & STICKY FOODS
Avoid chewing ice, hard candies, nuts, chewing gum, and other foods that may damage or loosen your brackets. Cut hard fruits and vegetables into small pieces.

🚫 AVOID BAD HABITS
Don’t bite your nails, pens, pencils, or other objects. These habits can cause brackets to become loose or detached.

MAINTAIN GOOD ORAL HYGIENE
Keeping your teeth and braces clean helps prevent cavities, gum inflammation, and unpleasant breath during your orthodontic treatment.

📅 KEEP YOUR ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENTS
Regular appointments are important for monitoring your progress and making the necessary adjustments to your braces.

It is with a mix of gratitude, sadness, and hope that I share some important news.
After much thought and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to permanently close my dental clinic in Bacolod. While this was not something I expected to happen so soon, a new opportunity has opened for us in Luzon—one that I believe we are being led to pursue.
This clinic has been more than just a workplace. It has been a place where I met wonderful people, shared countless conversations, celebrated smiles, and built relationships that I will always cherish. Many of you started as patients and became friends, and for that, I am truly grateful.
To every patient who trusted me with your dental care, thank you. Thank you for your confidence, your loyalty, your referrals, your kind words, and for allowing me to be part of your lives. Your support has meant more to me than I can ever fully express.
Although this chapter is coming to an end, I will continue serving patients until December 2026. Until then, I look forward to seeing you, caring for your smiles, and personally thanking as many of you as I can before we begin our new journey in Luzon.
Leaving Bacolod is not easy. This city and the people in it will always hold a special place in my heart. While goodbyes are never simple, I choose to focus on the gratitude I feel for the years we have shared together.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I will carry your kindness and support with me wherever life takes us next.
