To our Dear Patients,

Please be informed that our clinic will continue to provide our dental service throughout the entire period of the community quarantine as suggested by the (Inter Agency Task Force) IATF.
However, we will be implementing strict guidelines so we could assure the continuous quality of service of our clinic and provide safety to all our patients

1. All patients are strictly by appointment only. Please call the clinic or me for your appointments. This will assure that you are properly attended and reduce the waiting time in the clinic

2. We will minimize all elective and non urgent procedures at a day and sometimes cancel scheduled ones to give time to most urgent patients.

3. We will continue to accept referrals from other dentists but we might postpone non urgent procedures by the end of the community quarantine.

4. No Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery procedures will be scheduled unless it is an emergency case during the community quarantine period.

5. If you came or travelled from a high risk area/ community, please quarantine yourself for 14days as required by DOH.

6. To all our Medically Compromised patients with urgent needs, we will continuously attend to your needs but please protect yourselves as you travel.

7. All patients are required to have one companion per patient only. As you enter, we are tasked to get your temperature and you are obliged to answer a short health questionnaire. If you and your companion’s temperature falls on 37.5 celsius and above, and would present any of the symptoms related to COVID 19, we humbly ask you to change your appointment and quarantine yourself as required by DOH.

8. The clinic is properly equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Sterilization Equipment and proper disinfection and sanitation materials to assure optimum infection control in our services.

9. We will constantly update you as day to day events changes. You may reach me for your urgent concerns.

These prudent measures will help minimize foot traffic; follow community quarantine as prescribed by the government; conserve essential medical supplies and equipment and minimize the risk to our patients, your/ our families, our clinic staff and dentists from possible exposure to COVID-19.

This is just a temporary moment on which we can overcome with moral and spiritual confidence
