Intrusión localizada de premolar extruido para preparación pre-protésica de sitio implantológico. 🔬📐.

Secuencia clínica de la corrección vertical de un premolar superior con sobreerupción compensatoria por pérdida del antagonista inferior.

Análisis de la biomecánica aplicada:

- Punto de Apoyo y Anclaje: Utilización de un arco seccional/fijo entre el canino y el primer molar para servir de unidad de anclaje, minimizando momentos colaterales de inclinación o extrusión en dientes adyacentes.

- Dirección de la Fuerza: Aplicación de fuerzas intrusivas continuas y ligeras sobre el premolar para remolarizar el hueso alveolar y lograr intrusión verdadera (diente + periodonto) sin sobrecargar el ligamento.

- Resultado Oclusal: Recuperación completa del plano oclusal y de la dimensión vertical interoclusal requerida para la restauración implantosoportada inferior.

• Aplicar fuerzas ligeras y continuas es la clave para lograr una intrusión biológica respetando la cima alveolar y minimizando la reabsorción apical.
