A customer asked me how much it cost to do tooth extraction.
π π²: 1500php
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Masyado namang mahal, bunot lang.
π π²: How much do you think it would cost you?
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: 500php maximum... Madali lang naman yon diba?! Saka mura lang mga gamit tapos antibiotic lang.π
π π²: Ok, since magkakilala naman tayo pwede namang ikaw ang gumawa. π
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Pero hindi ko alam kung paano...π
π π²: For 500php tuturuan kita, nakasave ka pa ng 1,000php. You'll get the knowledge na kailangan mo. π
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Sige, pwede na din.π
π π²: But to get started: May mga kailangan tayong gamit:
βdental chair (100k to 200k)
βpersonal protective equipments (1000 to 2k)
βmedicaments(1k plus)
βautoclave(25k to 35k)
βset of dental forceps(25k plus)
βgauze, q tips (250)
βmouthwash(350)
βetc.
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Hala.π£ But I don't have all these equipment. Bibili pa ba ko niyan, isang ipin lang naman gagawin ko. π
π π²: Well then for another 1000php more I'll rent my stuff to you para makagawa ka. π
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Sige Sige π
π π²: Okay! thursday I'm waiting for you to start doing this work ha.
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: But I can't on Thursday I only have time today.π’
π π²: I'm sorry, but I'm only available on Thursday to teach you and lend you my stuff. Other days are busy with other patients na kasi. π
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Okay! That means I'm going to have to sacrifice my Thursday and give up my other tasks.π£
π π²: I forgot. To do your job yourself, you also have to pay for the non-productive factors.π
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Totoo ba? Ano naman yun?π²
π π²: Vat, power, water, etc.
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: Jusko! Ang dami ko namang babayaran at masasayang na oras bago ako makagawa!π² Sige. Yung mga gamit ok naman na?
π π²: Sure, nasa akin naman na yung ibang gamit, but for the peri apical radiograph you need to have one and I will refer you to diagnostic center (500 to 700php)
πππππΌπΊπ²πΏ: X Ray Lang tapos ganun na agad price ? π
When you pay for a job, especially dental works, you pay not only for the material used, but also:

- Time to go
- punctuality
- Accountability
- Accuracy
- Guaranteed
- Sacrifices
- Safety and security
No one can denigrate other people's work by judging prices.
Only by knowing all the elements necessary for the production of a certain work can you estimate the actual cost.
