Today, I had the pleasure of performing a simultaneous odontectomy on a 17-year-old patient. We extracted both the upper right and lower right wisdom teeth in one go. This patient is currently undergoing orthodontic treatment, and these extractions were a necessary step in her journey to a healthier, straighter smile.
