Patient complained of alternating severe pain at his lower jaw (left and right) radiating to his head due to impacted 3rd molars “wisdom tooth”,with the left side more intense and clinically unnoticeable

✔️Severe pain
✔️Temporo mandibular disorders
✔️Tinnitus (ringing of the ears)
✔️head ache
✔️carious lesions at the adjacent 2nd molars as it is leaning towards it most of the time
