Clinically, the patient’s case initially appeared manageable, especially on the occlusal surface. However, due to the limited interdental space, the mesial surface was not clearly visible during the clinical examination. Upon radiographic evaluation, a severe carious lesion was detected on the mesial surface, which was not evident clinically. Due to the extent of decay and poor restorability of the tooth, extraction was deemed the most appropriate treatment option.
