Stiff or hard bristles are not better at removing stains or plaque and have the potential to even cause harm to the gums and the surface of the teeth.

When choosing the size of the toothbrush, it is wise to choose a head that fits easily into the mouth and will touch at least 2 teeth at the same time. When it comes to young children or infants the size of the toothbrush is very important and should be very small. If unsure of the right choice on a toothbrush, dentists can provide information on the head design, bristle and other features that are best suited for an individual’s mouth. It is important to replace a toothbrush at least every three months

How to take care of your veneers?
Here are some tips...

• Practice Good Oral Hygiene Daily. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and don't forget to use floss.

• Avoid the Grind. Some patient have a problem of grinding their teeth while asleep. What to do? Wear a night guard when sleeping.

• Chew Wisely. Avoid eating very hard, sticky & too much sweet foods

• Protect Your Smile. Avoid too much alcohol. Use Soft Bristle toothbrush.

• Beware of Stains. Too much coffee, tea, red wine, to***co etc...

• Visit Your Dentist Regularly.
