Root canal treatment of the tooth 14 was started by the referral dentist. Patient keeps pain specially with biting. Cracked tooth was diagnosed. After cuspal reduction root canal treatment was performed. Crack was eliminated and tooth was restored using resin composite. Prognosis remains questionable as there was a mesial pocket of 6mm. #دندانپزشک

Tooth 36 : painful apical periodontist Restoration was a Richmond crown (a single piece post+core+crown). Selective root canal Retreatment was discussed with the patient as a least invasive approach. Opening through the crown and core was made and mesial root was retreated. In case patient has no complains she will come back over a year for our follow up. Ideally we may consider making a CBCT in such cases but the treatment plan will be the same as for distal root a retrograde approach will be less invasive to me.

Tooth 14 : complicated crown fracture+ obliterated canals. Root canal treatment was started by the referral colleague and couldn’t negotiate the canals. Both root canals were negotiated and prepared. Two fiberposts were placed and restored. Temporary crown was placed and sent back to her dentist for the final restoration (crown). #دندانپزشکی
