How to use it correctly:-
1. Do brushing & flossing first , teeth need to be mechanically cleaned beforehand as mouthwash is a supplement, not a replacement.

2. Swish the liquid vigorously for 30-60 seconds before spitting it out, do not swallow it.

3. Avoid eating, drinking or rinsing your mouth with water for at least 30 min, to let the active ingredients have time to work
