We are looking for someone
- Available to start work in July 2022.
- Have previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office or Customer Representative or similar role.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability ro be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Vibrant personality

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet and welcome guest/patient as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answer and reply incoming phone call, messages and emails.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Provide general information regarding routine inquiries from customer/patients and other enquiries from phone, messages and social media platform.
- Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with patients and guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and neatness at work area.
- Maintain clinic security by following safety procedures.
- Update calendars and patient appointments
- Learn and familiarize with dental treatments and procedures and terminologies
- 6 work days per week
