This beautiful young lady used to hid her teeth in every smile, she even trying to hide her face in the frontal photo when we did her photography.

As her case progresses, i noticed her confidence level dramatically increased as well, she greeted me with smiles n small talks every time we meet. Now she has every reason to smile both confidently and elegantly. Im happy to see her entering her university life full of confidence.

In today’s sharing episode, A 3D lever arm is use as a spring to extrude the upper anterior teeth. As the evidence suggests this technique is effective to bring down the teeth (photo taken after a month of applying the 3D spring).
