Esthetic bridge

We all love nice teeth, this young chap had a very obvious issue with his front teeth. Missing incisor, its a headache with the non symmetry neighboring tooth. Proportion was off.

We went through some mock ups, either to maximise better smile from canine to canine , or denture, or complicated reconstruction of shrinking bone, gums and tooth with bone graft and implant.

Struggles with options, he made his choice to go with classical zirconia bridge.

We manage to bring back his smile, less protusion, better symmetry, unfortunately he didnt want any modification to his soft tissues/gum. But the result is splendid.
