We are looking for a Dental Assistant/Dental Nurse who is pleasant, motivated & reliable to join our clinic! ๐Ÿค—

Basic Requirements:

๐Ÿฆท Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level. Higher Secondary/STM/ Diploma in Nursing or equivalent is added
advantage.
๐Ÿฆท Required language(s): English, Bahasa
Malaysia (If able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
๐Ÿฆท At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred but not mandatory.
๐Ÿฆท Having an open mind and willing to learn. (This is very important ๐Ÿ”–)
๐Ÿฆท Good computer skills.
๐Ÿฆท Exceptional communication and people skills.
๐Ÿฆท Sharp attention to detail.
๐Ÿฆท Well-organized and reliable.
๐Ÿฆท Familiarity of dental instruments and sterilization methods is a plus point but not necessary as training will be provided.

Job Summary:

๐Ÿ’ก Perform various patient care and administrative works.
๐Ÿ’ก Prep consultation room and treatment procedures with tools and medication.
๐Ÿ’ก Responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the Dentist during dental treatment procedure.
๐Ÿ’ก Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the clinical areas, including sterilisation of instruments, general tidiness and appropriate disposal of waste.
๐Ÿ’ก Required to manage clinic reception area / front desk including greets & welcoming patients, scheduling, confirming & follow up on client's treatment appointments, obtaining & maintaining patient record, health & allergy history, settling payments & receipts.
๐Ÿ’ก Also required to answer patient's enquiries and provide advices on dental hygiene. (Guidance & training will be provided as candidates will learn along the way as well).
