📌 Diagnosis: Chronic Irreversible Pulpitis

Treatment Workflow:
✅ Isolation: Placed a rubber dam to ensure a clean, sterile field
✅ Endodontic Treatment: Completed single-visit Root Canal Treatment using Fanta Rotary Files and finished with ProTaper F2
✅ Obturation: Sealed using Ceraseal Bioceramic Sealer for a tight, bio-friendly seal
✅ Core Build-up: Completed with composite core restoration
