Bringing an impacted tooth into alignment takes precision, patience, and the right tools. Here is how we managed this case from day one:
Advanced Planning: Utilized 3D CBCT imaging to precisely locate the hidden tooth.
Surgical Precision: Performed a careful surgical flap and exposure using scalpel blade.
The Pull: Bonded an orthodontic button to the canine, using a gold chain/power chain to gently and steadily guide it into the arch.
Premium Recovery: Used BlueM oxygen gel to accelerate tissue healing post surgery.
Fast forward one year the tissue has healed beautifully, the gap is closing, and that canine is safely on its way to its rightful position! 🚀😁

✨ Another beautiful braces journey completed! ✨

This patient came to us feeling unhappy with her misaligned teeth and an uneven smile.

🔎 Main Concerns:

✔ Canted Smile: Her upper left teeth sat lower than the right side, causing a tilted appearance.
✔ Narrow Smile: A narrow arch left dark spaces at the corners of her smile.
✔ Uneven Gum Line: Asymmetrical gum heights made her teeth look unevenly sized.
✔ High Canine: Tooth 13 was sitting significantly higher than the rest.

🦷 Our Treatment Approach:

✅ Non-Extraction: Preserved all of her natural teeth.
✅ Arch Expansion & IPR: Widened her smile arch and gently created space between the teeth.
✅ Leveling the Tilt: Carefully extruded the upper right side to perfectly balance her smile line.
✅ Laser Gum Contouring: Performed a minor gingivectomy to reshape, level, and beautifully frame her teeth.

📸 After 2.5 years of dedicated orthodontic treatment, her teeth are now beautifully aligned, balanced, and radiant. She can finally smile wide with absolute confidence again! 😁👏
