That’s what we see when we section the tooth and put it under the microscope. What you need to see is the tiny holes and pathways that allow bacteria to get to the pulp of the tooth. That is a very painful situation and may need Root Canal. To avoid all this, just visit your dentist regularly for check up and make sure no new cavities have started. It’s saves a lot of money and a lot of pain! Don’t let procrastination create this situation for you.
