PIC Role in Malaysia

Many doctors still see the PIC role as just a licensing requirement, but it carries real legal and governance responsibility.

In Malaysia, the PIC is often one of the first roles examined when issues arise. At DoctorShield, we’ve seen claims where the PIC is specifically named.

This role should never be taken lightly.

Do take a read of our latest article to understand what it truly entails and what many only realise under scrutiny.
