Mr S came to us looking for solution to improve his smile. He confessed that he had been neglecting his dental care for many years and only rely on painkillers whenever there are pain in the mouth. During initial consultation, he actually requested to remove all his teeth and switch to upper, lower dentures however due to his young age we advised him to keep at least the lower front teeth which are still in good condition.

Currently halfway through the treatment, we had delivered the upper denture and next will be lower denture. Please take a moment to remind yourself not to neglect your dental health as the consequences may be worse than what you think.

Mrs C came to us with pain on her upper right second molar. Upon x-ray examination the tooth was inflamed and infected from an old filling which was placed too near to the nerve. After detailed consultation and further discussion, she opted for tooth extraction followed by a dental implant.

Interesting take: she opted for dental implant because she prefers the treatment to be quicker as root canal treatment generally takes a longer time on dental chair. There's no right or wrong answer here, just preferences with informed consent before we make the final decision. Cheers!

Mr L came to us with a broken filling on his upper left first molar. Root canal treatment was completed by us 3 years ago however due to his busy schedule he wasn't able to come back for crown treatment. Upon examination, the tooth was cracked and beyond savable. The only option left will be to extract the tooth and discuss about tooth replacement afterwards.

After detailed consultation and further discussion, we proceeded to place a dental implant and 6 months later we delivered the final zirconia crown on his implant. Treatment duration can be shorter but sometimes busy schedule gets in the way.

Mrs S came to us looking for a second opinion on the pain she is having on her upper right first molar. Root canal treatment was attempted at another dental clinic however unsuccessful due to the tooth being cracked in the middle of treatment. After detailed consultation and further discussion, we had decided to proceed with a tooth extraction first and a dental implant later.

3 months later we delivered the final zirconia crown on the implant and now she is able to chew comfortably as normal. Dental implant is still the gold standard and the closest alternative when it comes to replacing a missing natural tooth.

A young male client came to us looking for solution in straightening his teeth. Upon detailed consultation and further discussion, we decided to proceed with aligner treatment using Angel Aligners.

In just 5 months, we can already see big improvements on the teeth alignments and reduced upper flaring. Aligners are good alternative to conventional braces as it provides better comfort and freedom when there is virtually no lifestyle changes needed to straighten your teeth.

Mr K came to us with severe pain on his upper left central incisor causing disturbed sleep. Upon examination, tooth decay was spotted causing nerve inside the tooth to be inflamed and infected. After detailed consultation and further discussion, a root canal treatment is performed immediately to relieve the pain.

After root canal treatment, we proceeded with crown
treatment on the same tooth to serve as a final
restorative material for the already weaken tooth. Notice how the full ceramic crown is able to blend naturally into existing dentitions.

A young female client came to us looking for solution to improve her 'gummy' smile appearance. She had completed Invisalign treatment around 4-5 years ago elsewhere but wasn't compliance with wearing her retainers so far.

However luck is on her side as upon examination she has very thick gums hence we are able to re-contour her gums by electrocautery treatment alone (similar to laser gum treatment). No surgical crown-lengthening procedure needed. Better comforts overall.

A young client came to us with discomfort on his upper left central incisor after accidentally hit by his kid's toy. Upon x-ray examination, nerve inside the tooth was inflamed leading to an infection and hence a root canal treatment was proposed and performed.

After root canal treatment, we proceeded with crown treatment on the same tooth to serve as a final restorative material for the already weaken tooth and further improve its aesthetics at the same time. One stone two birds.
