🦷 Fractured Tooth — Saved! ✨

Our patient came with a tooth fractured slightly below the gum. X-ray showed a previous RCT that remained in good condition.

We removed all caries, restored the tooth with composite, performed a mild gingivectomy, and placed a zirconia crown after 2 weeks.

✨ Natural tooth preserved. Back to comfortable chewing again! ❤️

She had a large cavity behind her front tooth but no pain — only noticed a hole from the back.

✨ We used 2 composite shades to rebuild the tooth and match her natural colour.

💎 Fine diamond polishing gave it a smooth, shiny finish — helping reduce plaque retention.

No pain doesn’t mean no cavity! 🦷
