✨ Case Highlight ✨
A patient presented with a faulty front tooth restoration, long-standing gum swelling, and pus discharge. The tooth had previously undergone root canal treatment, but secondary caries developed around the leaking restoration margin, leading to reinfection.

Our treatment involved:
✔️ Removal of the defective restoration and metal post
✔️ Endodontic retreatment to eliminate infection
✔️ Immediate temporisation with a tooth-colored restoration for improved function and aesthetics

A step towards restoring both health and confidence in our patient’s smile. 🌟🦷

This elderly gentleman visited our clinic seeking new dentures to replace his missing teeth, after losing his previous ill-fitting set in the ocean during a swimming trip to Desaru. We’re hopeful this new set will stay secure—though we can’t promise it won’t take a dive if he’s back in the water anytime soon! 😁
