A patient presented with a faulty front tooth restoration, long-standing gum swelling, and pus discharge. The tooth had previously undergone root canal treatment, but secondary caries developed around the leaking restoration margin, leading to reinfection.

Our treatment involved:
✔️ Removal of the defective restoration and metal post
✔️ Endodontic retreatment to eliminate infection
✔️ Immediate temporisation with a tooth-colored restoration for improved function and aesthetics
