This upper lateral incisor was fractured, and extraction was initially considered. However, after assessment, we decided that the tooth could still be saved.

Treatment done:
• Root Canal Treatment
• Fibre post placement for additional support
• Composite filling to restore the tooth

A crown would normally be considered for further protection, but taking the patient’s budget into consideration, we opted for a more affordable restorative option.
