Pesakit mengadu gigi tidak teratur, tidak mahu plan cabutan. Mula memakai braces pada 20 Oktober 2022 dan selesai kes pada Januari 2026. Gigi telah lurus tetapi tidak banyak perubahan pada profile muka kerana pesakit enggan giginya dicabut menyebabkan gigi cuma boleh diluruskan tetapi tidak masuk ke dalam
