This patient presented with minimal residual bone height — only 6mm from the alveolar ridge to the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN). With such a narrow safety margin, precise 3D planning was essential to avoid any risk to the nerve.

Using careful pre-surgical imaging and a meticulous surgical approach, we successfully placed 2x tissue-level implants, navigating safely around the IAN with zero complications. ✨

Some smiles are not just “yellow teeth” — they carry years of insecurity, hiding in photos, and trying not to smile too wide.

This patient came to us with severe discolouration and fluorosis staining on the front teeth. The uneven white-brown patches and enamel defects made the smile look dull and patchy even after cleaning.

Instead of aggressively cutting down the teeth for crowns, we planned a minimal-prep Emax veneer approach to preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible while still achieving a strong and aesthetic result.

The challenge in this case was not only making the teeth look white — it was achieving a natural-looking shade while beautifully masking the deep fluorosis stains underneath without making the veneers appear too opaque or fake. ✨

With careful shade planning, minimal preparation, and layered Emax ceramics, we managed to create a brighter, cleaner, and more confident smile while maintaining a natural translucency.
