Patient came in wanting a new smile. He has been wearing dentures ever since he was a kid. Tooth loss due to football accident and sever gingival recession due to poor OHI.
A simple 3 unit bridge done.
Resizing of the incisors to fit the loss of tooth space.
Shade selection could’ve been better but patient is very satisfied with the outcome.

Simple zirconia crown down. Crown length was a little too long but patient wasn’t too bothered by it. Would definitely tell the technician of this incident.
Shade A3 selected as it suits the opposing central incisor.

Slightly injure the gums after placing the temporary crowns but it’ll heal.
Hopefully patient can smile with confidence now
