A comprehensive clinical and radiographic evaluation was performed, including cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). After a detailed discussion of all available treatment options, along with their respective advantages and disadvantages, the patient elected to proceed with dental implant placement.

一名中年女性患者就诊于我院口腔科，主诉左上后牙区有一颗严重的大蛀牙。该蛀牙容易卡食物, 难清洗 并在咀嚼时引起不适, 影响正常咬合与进食。经过详细的临床检查与影像评估（包括锥形束电脑断层扫描 CBCT)。我们与患者充分讨论了所有可行的治疗方案及其优缺点后，患者决定接受植牙的治疗计划

After discussing various treatment options, she opted for a fixed restoration using the All-on-4 implant technique — a decision made after carefully weighing the pros and cons.
