🪥 More toothpaste doesn't mean better protection!

Did you know that using the right amount of toothpaste is just as important as brushing the right way? Using too much toothpaste, especially for young children, may increase the risk of swallowing excess fluoride.

Here's a simple guide:
🦷 0–2 months: A rice grain-sized amount
🦷 3–5 years: A pea-sized amount
🦷 5 years & above: A pea-sized amount (slightly more if needed)

🚫 You only need a small amount.

Healthy smiles start with good habits. If you're unsure which toothpaste is best for you or your child, our dental team is always happy to help. 💚

"Should I wait until all my child's teeth come in before visiting the dentist?" 🤔

It's one of the most common questions parents ask and the answer might surprise you.

The best time for your child's first dental visit is by their first birthday or within 6 months after their first tooth appears. Starting early helps us monitor healthy development, prevent dental problems and make dental visits a positive experience from the very beginning.

Because every healthy smile starts with a strong foundation. 💙

Your toothbrush has an expiry date. 🪥

If it's been around for 3 months, it's probably time for a replacement!

Fresh bristles = Better cleaning = Healthier teeth and gums. ✨

Have you changed yours yet?
