Impacted mesiodens in the middle of the alveolus ridge. CBCT taken. Labial flap approach. To make sure the drilling not injure the root of central incisor and it is in the correct path, Gutta Perca was placed temporary in the surgical site and PA was taken to confirm it.

Horizontally or mesially Impacted wisdom teeth, caused caries and cavity on the immediate front teeth, the second molars. X-ray OPG showed horizontally impacted 3rd molars on right and left lower jaw, which prevent patient to perform proper oral hygiene and caused the distal surface of second molars caries and cavitation.
