Berikut adalah cara-cara memberus gigi dengan betul untuk menjaga kesihatan mulut
✅ Langkah-langkah Memberus Gigi:
1. Gunakan berus gigi yang sesuai
✔️ Bulu lembut dan saiz kepala berus yang kecil
✔️ Tukar setiap 3 bulan atau bila bulu sudah rosak
2. Letakkan ubat gigi berfluorida
✔️ Saiz kacang untuk dewasa
✔️ Saiz sebiji beras untuk kanak-kanak
3. Posisikan berus gigi 45° ke arah gusi
➡️ Untuk bersihkan celah antara gigi dan gusi
4. Berus secara perlahan dan gerakan bulat (circular)
❌ Jangan berus terlalu kuat — boleh rosakkan gusi dan enamel
5. Pastikan semua permukaan gigi diberus:
🔹 Bahagian luar gigi
🔹 Bahagian dalam gigi
🔹 Bahagian permukaan mengunyah
6. Berus lidah sekali
✔️ Untuk buang bakteria dan elakkan nafas berbau
7. Tempoh memberus: sekurang-kurangnya 2 minit
🕒 Dua kali sehari (pagi & sebelum tidur)
8. Jangan bilas mulut terlalu banyak selepas berus
➡️ Biarkan sedikit ubat gigi kekal untuk perlindungan fluorida

📌 Tips Tambahan:
• Gunakan benang gigi (floss) sekali sehari
• Gunakan ubat kumur berfluorida jika disarankan
