This patient came to us with the wish to straighten her teeth and improve her overall smile.

Upon examination and X-ray assessment, we found that one of her upper canines was impacted, together with crowding and misalignment of the upper teeth. After discussing the treatment plan, the impacted canine was surgically removed first, followed by braces treatment to gradually align and straighten the teeth 🦷✨

Due to impacted teeth and single tooth removal. We carefully align the teeth while keeping upper midline on center.

The teeth were gradually brought into better alignment, creating a more organized and natural-looking smile 😃✨

This patient came to us with a main concern of spacing between the front teeth, which affected the overall appearance of her smile.

After examination, we found peg-shaped lateral incisors, spacing and rotated teeth. After discussing the treatment options, we decided to proceed with braces to gradually align the teeth, close the spaces and improve the bite.

Once the braces were removed, we took the final step to enhance the smile by doing composite veneers on lateral incisor teeth to improve their shape and proportions, giving the smile a more complete and natural-looking appearance. ✨

The patient came to our clinic complaining of tooth pain. Upon X-Ray examination, we found that the tooth was severely loose and could not be saved 😣

This patient came to our clinic complaining of tooth pain in the back region.

Upon X-ray examination, we found that the upper wisdom tooth had caused decay to the adjacent molar tooth. The affected tooth had poor prognosis and was not suitable for long-term preservation.

After discussing the condition and treatment options, the patient agreed to proceed with extraction of the affected tooth together with wisdom tooth, followed by dental implant placement to replace it 🦷

After healing, the implant was successfully placed and restored, allowing the patient to regain proper chewing function and comfort on that side again.

Clear Aligner and Composite Veneer 🦷

This patient came to our clinic with concerns about unevenly aligned teeth and crowding, especially in the upper front region.

After examination, we found moderate to severe crowding in both upper and lower arches, with several teeth displaced out of alignment. There was also fluorosis affecting the upper front teeth, causing uneven white and brown discoloration on the tooth surfaces.

After discussion and treatment planning, braces treatment with extraction was initially proposed to create sufficient space for proper alignment. However, patient was reluctant to wear braces as she did not want visible metal brackets. Therefore, we decided to proceed with clear aligner treatment together with extraction to gradually align the teeth and improve the overall bite and smile aesthetics 😃🦷

Once the alignment was completed, composite veneers were placed on the upper front teeth to improve the discoloration and surface appearance caused by fluorosis. This helped achieve a cleaner, brighter, and more natural-looking smile ✨

With a combination of clear aligner treatment and composite veneers, we were able to improve both alignment and aesthetics, giving the patient a more confident smile 😃🤍

After examination, we found crowding mainly in the upper front teeth, with the upper canine teeth positioned too far outward, affecting the overall smile appearance. As her facial profile was naturally flatter, we planned the treatment with a non-extraction approach to help maintain her facial appearance while improving the alignment.

Upon examination, we found significant crowding in both upper and lower arches, with several teeth overlapping and displaced out of alignment. This not only affected the overall smile aesthetics but also made oral hygiene maintenance more difficult.

After discussion and treatment planning, patient reluctant to extract any tooth to do braces, so we decided to proceed without extraction for braces to align the teeth 😃🦷

This patient came to our clinic with concerns about spacing between her teeth, especially at the front, which affected her smile aesthetics and confidence.

Upon examination, we found that the spacing was partly due to previous tooth extractions, which caused the teeth to drift and create gaps over time. There was also mild misalignment in the upper and lower arches, contributing to an uneven overall appearance.

After discussion and treatment planning, we decided to proceed with braces treatment to gradually close the gaps and realign the teeth into a more balanced arch form 🦷

Once alignment was achieved, laser gingivectomy was performed on the upper gum region to remove excess gum overgrowth and reshape the gum contour. This helps create a more symmetrical and pleasing smile line 😃✨

With a combination of braces and laser gum contouring, we were able to close the spaces, improve gum harmony, and enhance the overall smile. The final result is a cleaner, more balanced, and confident smile.
