Case #8 class III with anterior cross bite and crowding (Jaw Surgery)
A 20-year-old patient presented with concerns of dental crowding and an underbite, where the lower teeth were positioned ahead of the upper teeth. The reverse overjet measured 5 mm, with crowding present in both the upper and lower arches.
Treatment involved the extraction of two upper premolars, followed by lower jaw surgery to reposition the jaw backwards. At the end of treatment, the patient was thrilled with the improvement in both his bite and facial profile.
🦷✨ Treatment duration: 25 months.
