What's underneath those shadowy black lines, white cloud-like patches? In this case, tooth decay, involving 4 surfaces of the tooth. For the experienced, we would know that this would be a back breaking job to fill up nicely with composites, especially once we removed the decay and thin cusps that are prone to fracture. Needing to plan with matrixing, isolation etc.

With Printed Ceramic onlay, half of the trouble is gone, stronger and more predictable results can be achieved, with less patient time on the chair.

My barber told me that while he was working overseas, he noticed that it is very common for teenagers to have their teeth straighten before they step into adulthood.

Leaking Amalgam with a crack on the tooth.
Restoration doesn't last forever, however, taking care of them makes them last longer.
Lets DAM ON, replace it, and add more years to the tooth.

[Direct Composite Onlay Restoration]
Poor contact between teeth can cause food to get stuck, which can then cause decay to happen under existing filling.
Multiple restorations were done on this tooth and it is starting to show signs of deterioration.

There are two different leaking restorations and a few cracks on this tooth.
The defect is too large to be filled with a composite restoration, and we've decided to go for a ceramic restoration.
The other tooth was restored with a composite restoration.
