Patient came and wanted a fixed option to replace the missing teeth. The patient does not want dentures because it requires taking in and out during sleep. He also refuses conventional bridge eventhough it is fixed because bridge procedure requires grinding down his natural teeth smaller to fit in the bridge.

Patient came with missing teeth and wants to restore it with implants, however the bone was not enough to place an implant.

Lateral Sinus Lift bone augmentation was done to increase the bone volume by addition of bone grafts. 2 implants were then placed to restore 2 missing teeth for this patient.

Stains on teeth can be caused by multiple reasons:
1️⃣ Food & drinks which stains - Coffee, kicap etc..
2️⃣ Smoking
3️⃣ Bacteria!

In this case, these stains were caused by a specific bacteria in the mouth. Air polishing treatment was done to remove all the stains effectively without damaging the teeth.
