During this unprecedented covid 19 pandemic period, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe. The health and well-being of our patients, families, staff and community is our top priority.

We are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our patients and our staffs.

Besides taking temperature of patients, our staffs’s temperature are also taken twice daily.

We constantly disinfect our dental chair and surrounding surfaces before and after each and every patient.

All our public places and surfaces accessible to public (including door k**b, counter top, waiting area etc.) are disinfected after every patient.

Together, we can help flatten the curve.

面對前所未見的新型冠狀病毒 (covid-19)全球大流行， 我們有職責確保大家的健康安全。我們會以病人，家人，醫護人員与大眾的健康作為優先考量。

為此， 我們執行了更嚴謹的措施以確保前來的病人与醫護人員的健康得到最大的保障。

除了檢測每個到訪病人的體溫外，我們也會不厭其煩的對我們的醫護人員進行體溫檢測 (一天兩次)。

我們會頻繁的在為每個病人看完診後，對治療椅与其周圍進行消毒。

至於診所內可能會接觸到的地方(如: 門把, 櫃檯处，等待區)， 我們都會在每個病人離開後進行消毒。

We are open during this MCO period to serve the community, following strict guidelines and protocol

i) to make an appointment prior to visiting us. It is advisable to come alone to avoid overcrowding in the waiting area.
One parent/guardian is allowed to accompany those requiring assistance (eg. children or elderly patients)

ii) health screening form to be filled by patient prior to treatment.

iii) temperature check will be carried out by our staff.

iv) patient will be required to sanitize their hands with sanitizer provided

v) preprocedural antiseptic mouthrinse will be provided to patient.

This is to ensure the safety of our patients and our staffs. Your cooperation is highly appreciated. Thank you and stay safe.

在行動管制令期間，診所會繼續營業為大家看診。以下是一些需要大家遵守的防疫措施:

i)所有的牙科服務都需要先預約。為了減少等候處的人流量，我們建議成人可以獨自前來。未成年的或是年長行動不便的則可由一名親人/監護人陪同。

ii)看診前，大家需要先填寫一份健康檢測表。

iii)診所的助理會為大家先做體溫檢測。

iv)前台會為大家準備免洗消毒洗手液以便大家使用。

v) 我們也會在治療前準備消毒漱口水給病人漱口。

我們會盡全力，確保大家的健康安全。先向大家的配合与支持致以萬二分感謝。希望大家都能健健康康度過這次疫情。
