Veneer is a thin layer of restorative material that is bonded onto the front side of a tooth. Essentially, veneers are shells that are bonded to the front of the teeth, changing their color, shape, size, or length. It is a conservative method to protect a damaged tooth surface, or to improve the aesthetics of a tooth – providing clients with strong, beautiful and natural looking smiles. Material wise, EMAX veneers not only are more tough and durable than composite but they also look exactly like your other teeth.

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. We have three types of dentures here:

1) Acrylic Denture
- Made of acrylic resin
- Higher hardness
- Fracture easily
- Less comfort
- Usually with metal clasps
- Can be relined or repaired

2) Flexible Denture
- Made of flexible plastic nylon
- Lower hardness
- Won't fracture easily
- More comfort and fitting
- More aesthetic
- Without metal clasps

3) Cobalt Chrome Denture
- Made of acrylic resin + alloy base
- Can sense food temperatures
- Won't fracture easily
- More comfort and support
- Extra stability and retention
- With or without metal clasps

Today, we donated adult diapers and denture adhesives to Persatuan Kebajikan Love and Care Menglembu Perak. Adult diapers are often remembered. Denture adhesives... not so much 🥹

Many elderly wear dentures every day 🦷 A small tube can mean enjoying a proper meal, speaking without worry, laughing with confidence, and living each day a little more comfortably 😁✨

Sometimes, the smallest things make the biggest difference We're grateful for the opportunity to care for our community beyond the dental chair, one home at a time 🙏 We hope this small contribution brings a little more comfort, confidence, and smiles to those who need them most 🥰
