A patient has done molar RCT at other clinic and has recurrent infection with pain. We found out the canals are not cleaned to full depth. We perform retreatment by removing all old filler , clean deeper and refill with bioceramic sealer and new gp filler. Once it has healed, we place a zirconia crown to protect it
