That was one of the biggest concerns this patient had before starting treatment.
He presented with an open bite, jaw asymmetry, and a Class III profile โ a case that is often considered complicated and commonly planned with extractions or even jaw surgery.
However, with careful diagnosis, proper treatment mechanics, and detailed orthodontic planning, we were able to achieve significant improvement in his smile and facial balance โ without extractions, TADs, or invasive procedures such as jaw surgery.
Today, his bite is improved, his smile is more harmonious, and his facial profile appears significantly more balanced.
