Our patient had a fall and fractured his upper central incisors about 3 years ago. Root canal treatment was done as both central incisors were symptomatic.

The old composite restorations were replaced and two full zirconia crowns were cemented on the central incisors to restore the teeth integrity. After the anterior zirconia procedure, he is able to speak and smile more confidently while having functionality with regular chewing .

Our patient has a pair of fractured composite restorations and she dislikes the gum appearance (soft tissue) between her teeth. We had her old composite restoration removed and some gingivectomy(gum contouring) was done. Composite veneer was placed on her upper central incisors.

Composite veneer is a good option to close spaces between teeth, with detailed planning and ex*****on, you can achieve an ideal harmony smile that you desire.

We were delighted to complete this anterior open bite case for a bright teenage patient. She initially presented with an anterior open bite and a narrow upper arch. Her history included childhood chronic sinusitis and a tongue thrust pattern was observed during swallowing, which is common in open bite cases.

She was treated with a non-extraction treatment plan using the Damon fix appliance system . Thanks to her excellent cooperation, we achieved a stable, functional, and aesthetic result in 12 months —right on time before she leaves for the UK to further her studies.

Her mother joined us during the debonding appointment and was thrilled with the transformation. Wishing her all the best in her future endeavours and look forward to reviewing her progress in the future.

Our patient who has a fractured tooth over a cusp of a tooth . His recurrent decay has been extended to involve the cusp of tooth and treatment plan to restore his tooth was decided with zirconia onlay .

An onlay is a type of indirect dental restoration designed to repair a tooth that has been moderately damaged or decayed, extending over one or more cusps. Unlike fillings, which are placed directly in the tooth, onlays are fabricated in a dental laboratory or with CAD/CAM technology and then cemented onto the tooth.

Onlays are commonly used when:
✅A tooth has extensive decay or fractures that cannot be adequately restored with a filling.
✅A cusp is weakened or missing but the remaining tooth structure is still strong enough to avoid a full crown.
✅Replacement of large, failing amalgam or composite restorations.
