Caring for Your Braces During Orthodontic Treatment
- Flossing twice a day or after every meal
- Brush teeth after every meal and before bedtime using fluoride toothpaste
- Wear the prescribed elastics at all times, except when eating meals or brushing teeth
- Contact your doctor immediately to set up an appointment if there are damage to your braces
- Avoid hard, sticky, chewy or sour food

-用餐后和睡觉前需刷牙
-要正确使用松紧带
