Dear patients,

It has been almost two weeks since we reported of one Covid-19 positive case within our premise. Please be assured that the premise has been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected by a Special Disinfectant Service Team and again, by our dedicated employees.

We are proud to state that our practice’s high standard of Infection Control Protocols and diligent disinfection of the premise throughout the day has paid off, as no patient or employee contracted Covid-19 at our practice.
As such, we will continue with our strict Infection Control Protocols and sterilization to CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.

Interestingly, through this trying times, we’ve received more words of encouragement than we ever had. We are humbled that our quick action and thoughtful care for you and your families were met with empathy, warmth and gratitude.

Truly we’ve discovered that it’s the community that strengthens our practice. So with this, we say THANK YOU for your loyal patronage, for believing in us and knowing that all we do is to better serve our patients and each other.

Dear patients, we regret to inform you that we have reported of one COVID-19 positive case within our premise. Be assured that the highest and quickest precautionary steps have been taken. All our remaining staff have been RT-PCR tested yesterday (and have tested COVID negative), and Specialist Disinfectant Service has been employed for high level disinfection.

As the safety of our staff and patients are our highest importance, we will remain closed for sanitisation works and self-quarantine until 4th October, so that we can serve you better. If you have any inquiries or would like to reschedule your appointment, please kindly call us at 016-6562440. Thank you, and stay safe. Together we overcome.

We commit to ensure that our clinic is safe for all. Here are some ways our strict hygiene requirements and safety standards might affect you.

👉 You are encouraged to come unaccompanied for your appointment. Children should be accompanied by only one parent.
👉 Appointments will be staggered and spaced out to allow time for our robust sanitization in our rooms and between patients.
