A long journey - it started back in 2021. Patient came with missing both upper second premolars and all 4 lower premolar...

A long journey - it started back in 2021. Patient came with missing both upper second premolars and all 4 lower premolars. She request if it’s possible to fix her gummy smile and bimax protrusive side profile.

After few years of orthodontic treatment with self-ligating brackets and TADs, missing lower premolars were replaced with 2 implants. Now she’s able to smile with confidence.

Retreatment of RCT treated 27 followed by Vertiprep+zirconia crown. One of the last few cases done by before she leave....
