【绑牙换头术】
你好！我是10年经验，专注脸部美学及绑牙的精灵嫂 Dr Soh。
今天我们来讲讲【下颚突出】。
下颚突出其实是属于难度高的绑牙。

相比于宽大一片式的上颚，下颚只是一圈很薄的弧形，
所以牙齿能移后的范围很少。
造成牙齿难以实际的往后移，更多的是往后倾斜来来达到标准咬合。
下门的角度往往会后倒，但是和上牙的咬合还是保持标准的纵向交错（覆盖约2mm），我们把这种现象称为“抵消”。

【反咬】
（下牙超越上牙）
是需要及早纠正的。
7～8岁若发牙时见到就该早介入。
因为反咬会造成
1. 推动下牙更往外，上牙更往内
2. 创伤性力度也会造成下牙松摇
3. 长期此状者，下牙会早掉
4. 并且，咬合会持续变化，造成交错越来越深，甚至脸越来越短

Step by Step below‼️Skeletal Bimax Mild 2 with thick lips
➡️ Maximum anchorage + XLAU4L5
➡️ Method:

1️⃣Cuniti 014 6-6 + Laceback

2️⃣When all teeth FULLY DEROTATED accessed from occlusal view, Cuniti 018 + Lackback
✴️Light Sequential Distalization✴️

3️⃣When leveling need stronger strength accessed from side & front view, SS018 + Laceback.
Use class 2 elastic since canine at class 2.

4️⃣ SS018 + Laceback + Power chain 4 link from U6 to U3
✴️Sequential Distalization✴️

5️⃣ When space between U3 and U4 smaller, Reduce to 3 links with similar method

6️⃣ When space between U3 and U4 complete closed, SS018 + Laceback + Roundhouse Powechain 12 link
❇️Arch constriction❇️

7️⃣ Later 10 links, UNTIL DESIREABLE ARCH FORM accessed from lips profile & buccal corridor

8️⃣ When space is minimal, Niti 18x25 + Laceback
Stop class 2 elastic when on Niti wore

9️⃣ After 1 visit, SS18x25 + Laceback + Powerchain 10 links

🔟 Done!!
