Not perfect, but the best.

Consideration of masticatory vertical forces and aesthetic outcomes remains one of the major challenge in implantology.

Shape the emergence profile by using cervico premium mould.

1st trying with variobase abutment to prevent shadow margin but morphology of the crown and gum contour is not satisfying.

2nd using premilled abutment. Best result we can do.

The first 100 clinical visits and more than 10mm retraction.

This case required more than 100 clinical visits to manage severe bimaxillary protrusion. A retraction of over 6 mm was achieved following the extraction of four premolars, resulting in an ideal occlusion relationship.

Despite achieving satisfactory occlusion, the patient remained dissatisfied with the facial profile. Treatment was therefore extended to include the extraction of all third molars, combined with minor oral surgery to further enhance the facial outcome.

The case was particularly challenging due to anchorage limitations. More than 20 orthodontic mini-screws were placed and replaced throughout treatment, primarily due to insufficient bone support for stable insertion.
